Chandler Claps Back at Aspinalls Low Fight IQ Remarks

Former UFC lightweight title contender, American **Michael Chandler**, has responded to remarks made by current UFC heavyweight champion, Englishman **Tom Aspinall**, who previously criticized Chandler’s fighting style.

“Didn’t this guy say the same thing three years ago? And then he waited for Jon Jones just as long as I waited for Conor. Then, he had the nerve to criticize me for waiting on McGregor? That’s rich,” Chandler posted on his Threads profile.

Chandler is 39 years old and boasts a professional record of 23 wins, with 18 coming by way of finish, and 10 losses. He has been competing in the UFC since 2021.
