Split Fiction: System Requirements, Steam Deck Compatibility, and 60 FPS on Consoles Unveiled

The upcoming adventure game, Split Fiction, will feature full compatibility with Steam Deck and a range of Steam functionalities. Electronic Arts has also revealed the system requirements for this title developed by Hazelight Studios.

With native support for Steam, the game offers cloud save functionality, which will surely please Steam Deck users. Additionally, Split Fiction will provide support for ultra-wide monitors with aspect ratios of 21:9 and 32:9.

Accessibility options include hidden subtitles, customizable difficulty settings, hints, the ability to skip challenging segments, and more.

Console players won’t be left out either—Split Fiction will run at 60 fps on both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. Dynamic 4K resolution is promised, though not for Xbox Series S, which will run at 1080p. The title does not require use of the EA App, but playing with a friend on a different platform will necessitate an EA account.

Split Fiction is set to launch on March 6 for PC (Steam, EGS, EA App), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series. Cross-play will be available. There will be no official Russian localization.
