Sports Titles Top U.S. Sales Charts in August Despite Early September Releases

The game NBA 2K26 became the best-selling title in the United States for August 2025, despite being fully released only at the beginning of September! The information was shared by Mat Piscatella from Circana, who analyzed sales data from August 3 to August 30.

In second place was the new release Madden NFL 26, while the top five also included Mafia: The Old Country, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, and EA Sports College Football 26.
