Court Reduces Sentence for Member of Extortion Crew Linked to Paul Pogbas Brother

The Paris Court of Appeal has modified the sentence for **Boubacar Kamara**, a member of a gang involved in extortion activities. **Mathias Pogba**, the older brother of the Monaco footballer **Paul Pogba**, was also part of this group, as reported by L’Équipe.

According to the French publication, the court has allowed Kamara to serve his sentence under house arrest with electronic monitoring, changing the previous ruling that sentenced him to four years in prison, two of which were suspended. Additionally, he has been prohibited from contacting Paul Pogba and several accomplices involved in the crimes.

It is worth noting that the gang, which included Mathias Pogba, extorted €13 million from his younger brother, accusing the midfielder of causing harm to Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé.
