Israel Gymnastics Federation to Challenge Exclusion from 2025 World Championships in Court

The Israeli Gymnastics Federation plans to contest in court the decision to hold the 2025 World Championship without an Israeli delegation.

«The Gymnastics Federation, the Olympic Committee, and the Israeli Ministry of Sports are determined to challenge this outrageous decision and seek a court order to prevent the competition from taking place without the Israeli team. This crosses a line; it is a regrettable and feeble decision that sets a dangerous precedent for the exclusion of Israeli athletes now and in the future. We will not allow this to happen and will fight using all legal means at our disposal,» the Israeli Gymnastics Federation stated, as reported by Davar1.

The 2025 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships will take place from October 19 to 25 in Jakarta.
