In September, trading volume for new tokens on the cryptocurrency exchange MEXC surged by 537%, and the number of active traders rose by 64%. The perp-DEX token Avantis (AVNT) recorded a staggering return of 5400%, while projects on the BNB Chain yielded an average of 4373%. This information is detailed in the exchange’s report.

The exchange added 34% more new tokens compared to August. The top 10 assets by spot trading volume saw an average increase of 2620%, which is 47% higher than the second quarter.

Leading the growth were the perp-DEX tokens: Avantis on Base gained 5400%, and Aster rose by 712%.

RWA tokens also showcased impressive returns: STBL surged by 12,125%, and RIVER increased by 1900%. The token XPL from the Plasma L1 blockchain, aimed at stablecoins, grew by 747%. Analysts note that these results indicate a rising interest in tokenized real assets.

The value of the AI token DeAgentAI (AIA) climbed by 532%, while ChainOpera AI (COAI) saw a gain of 613%.

The BNB Chain ecosystem emerged as September’s top performer with four tokens in the spotlight: STBL, LIGHT, HANA, and ASTER, achieving an average return of 4373%. Ethereum projects demonstrated a growth rate of 1519%.

«60% of tokens simultaneously reached the top for both trading volume and price growth. This highlights a strong correlation between liquidity and value appreciation, which is a key factor in the profitability of MEXC users,» the report states.

The MEXC Launchpad hosted three premium listings — WLFI, LINEA, and XPL. These projects attracted over 27,000 participants and raised approximately $620,000.

«All three tokens later ranked among the top performers in September, confirming MEXC’s selective listing strategy,» the report adds.
