Unfair Judgment: Aspinall Calls Out Fans After No Contest Against Gane

The 32-year-old current UFC heavyweight champion, Englishman **Tom Aspinall**, commented on the bout against 35-year-old French fighter **Ciryl Gane** being declared a no-contest due to Gane’s eye poke at the end of the first round during UFC 321 in Abu Dhabi.

“Guys, why are you booing me? What am I supposed to do in that situation? This is ridiculous. I couldn’t open my eye. He poked me in both eyes,” Aspinall stated after the fight.

As a result, Tom retains his title as the UFC heavyweight champion. He began his career in mixed martial arts in December 2014 and joined the world’s leading organization in 2020. Aspinall has a professional record of 15 wins and three losses.
