CSKA Player Krugovoy Weighs In on Golovins Potential Return to the RPL

CSKA defender Danil Krugovoy commented on the possibility of attacking midfielder Alexander Golovin returning to the Russian Premier League from Monaco.

«Is it too soon for Golovin to leave for the RPL? I’m not sure; I think he’s doing well at Monaco. Plus, he’s been performing quite well. Yes, he has faced some injuries recently, but that’s something that happens in football. I wish him all the best. Would it upset me if he moved to Zenit instead of CSKA? Not at all, I don’t mind,” Krugovoy said, as reported by Metaratings.

Golovin is a graduate of the CSKA academy. During his time with the senior team, he played in 113 matches across all competitions, scoring 13 goals and providing 11 assists. In 2018, he transferred to Monaco, and his current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2029.
