Цифровое государство без границ: doNONdo анонсирует уникальный проект для всех живых существ Translation: Digital State Without Borders: doNONdo Announces Unique Project for All Living Beings

On November 4, the creators of the meme token doNONdo (DND10) announced the launch of the world’s first digital nomad state — State Without a State (SWS). The official declaration is set for November 5.

The proclamation will take place through a collective practice of inactivity. Participants from the project’s community worldwide will simultaneously dedicate at least 10 minutes to doing nothing.

“The idea is to visualize and embody the positive qualities of SWS — a peaceful, creative, and transformative influence on millions of living beings on the planet,” the statement reads.

The founders of doNONdo have sent an official notification to the UN regarding the establishment of a new state structure and their readiness to delegate representatives to the organization’s permanent assembly.

“Our initiative is rooted in the universal and cosmic right of all living beings to unite with like-minded individuals based on any principles or interests. We do not claim territory or challenge sovereignties — we simply assert the right of every living being to self-determination,” said project creator Miao Shan.

Participation in SWS is “open to all living beings,” including algorithms and artificial intelligence. Community members are required to adhere to the laws of their respective countries.

According to the founder, the “State Without a State” offers a constructive solution to the deadlock of post-capitalist reality through imagination and digital consensus.

doNONdo was established in 2024. At that time, the project team published a white paper and presented its tokenomics.

In January 2025, the developers launched the Marathon — an initiative to promote the practice of doing nothing. In the first episode of the marathon, doNONdo distributed 100 million DND10 (~$100,000).

It’s worth noting that in February, a global referendum on doing nothing took place, marking the launch of a community advocating the power of inactivity.
