Coach Paolo Vanoli explained his reasons for taking the helm at Fiorentina. He signed a contract with the Florence club on November 7.

“I took on this challenge because I understand what Fiorentina represents. Over the years, this club has shown remarkable progress. Such challenges give me strength; I am not afraid. It will be a long and difficult journey, and we need to maintain our focus. Achieving this will require time, effort, and hard work,” Vanoli stated, according to the official club account on social media platform X.

Fiorentina is currently at the bottom of the Serie A standings, sitting in 20th place. The team has accumulated only five points from 11 matches.
