Vadim Romanov Reflects on Life Changes After Stepping into Spartaks Interim Head Coach Role

The interim head coach of Spartak, Vadim Romanov, shared whether his life has changed since taking on his current role at the club.

«So far, my life hasn’t changed significantly. It all depends on the results. I already work a lot; we arrive at 7:00 AM and leave at 6:00 PM. There’s plenty to do. The first week has been quite comprehensive; there’s a lot to accomplish and analyze, and we’ve made several changes to the training process. I’ve also had many individual conversations with the players. But this is how we typically operate, and I’m still managing to get a normal amount of sleep.

There’s always some level of stress, particularly in football and with a club like Spartak. There’s a sense of anticipation ahead of the big match against CSKA and during this crucial period,» Romanov told TASS.
