Layers of Fear: The Final Masterpiece Edition Set to Haunt Nintendo Switch 2 on December 19

In October, the team at Bloober Team announced the compilation titled Layers of Fear: The Final Masterpiece Edition for the Nintendo Switch 2, and they have now revealed its release date—set for three weeks from now.

This collection features the narratives from Layers of Fear, Layers of Fear 2, all downloadable content, as well as new chapters. This edition will support HDR, ray tracing, dynamic lighting, touch screen controls, and more.

It’s worth noting that the Layers of Fear series encompasses psychological horror games presented from a first-person perspective. The Final Masterpiece Edition invites players to immerse themselves in the stories of three characters—the Actor, the Writer, and the Artist—each of whom has fallen victim to their own obsession with art.

Layers of Fear: The Final Masterpiece Edition will be available on Switch 2 starting December 19, priced at $40.
