Tether запускает QVAC Health – инновационный сервис для учета здоровья с локальным ИИ и шифрованием Translated: Tether launches QVAC Health – an innovative health tracking service with local AI and encryption

The company behind USDT, Tether, has unveiled QVAC Health, a platform designed for the collection and analysis of medical data.

This service consolidates information from fitness trackers, smartwatches, and nutrition applications within a secure environment. Its architecture is based on the principle of local processing: algorithms analyze activity, sleep, and nutrition directly on the device, avoiding the transmission of data to external servers.

The platform’s interface allows users to input health, workout, and nutrition data using natural language, whether through text or voice commands.

An integrated AI recognizes the context of entries—such as «decreased energy after a meal» or parameters for strength training—and automatically organizes them in the user’s chronological feed. A dedicated module manages medication tracking and reminders.

QVAC Health also incorporates computer vision; the algorithm can estimate calorie count and macronutrient composition from a food photo in just a few seconds.

AI models for in-depth analytics are loaded via decentralized P2P networks, enabling evaluation of recovery and trend identification offline, without continuous internet connectivity.

According to the roadmap, the platform will eventually feature proactive analytics tools. Local models will be able to provide personalized recommendations—for example, for sleep or workout adjustments. Data processing will occur in real-time.

Future plans include implementing direct Bluetooth connections to trackers, bypassing manufacturers’ cloud systems like those from Apple or Google Fit.

Tether envisions QVAC Health as a «neutral ground for health data.» CEO Paolo Ardoino states that the product reflects the strategy of developing private analytical tools that operate locally.

This new platform is part of the strategic project QVAC, overseen by Tether Data. The initiative aims to create decentralized AI systems. The project was presented in May.

It’s worth noting that in October, the company introduced the world’s largest synthetic dataset for training AI models, Genesis I on QVAC.

Additionally, in the same month, Tether launched a toolkit for developing open-source wallets.
