Front Mission 3 Remake Set to Launch on Multiple Platforms on January 30

The remake of Front Mission 3: Remake is now available on Nintendo Switch and will soon make its way to other platforms. The publisher, Forever Entertainment, along with developers from MegaPixel Studio, has announced the release details.

The updated version of Front Mission 3 will be launched on PC via Steam and GOG, as well as on PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series next month, on January 30. Unfortunately, there will be no Russian language support. A demo is currently available on all platforms.

To recap, Front Mission 3 is a turn-based tactical RPG featuring Wanzers—large walking mechs. Set on Earth in the year 2112, the game focuses on the test pilots Kazuki Takemura and Ryogo Kusama. The game includes two narratives: one follows Kazuki, while the other tells the story from Ryogo’s perspective. Both plots provide insights into the same events from different sides of the conflict.

It’s worth mentioning that the remake of Front Mission 3 launched on the Switch in June 2025. This version received a limited number of reviews from critics, enough to establish an average score of 66 on Metacritic.
