Green Points Out Hypocrisy of Fans Regarding NBA Players and Summer League Game Absences

The 35-year-old four-time NBA champion, American Draymond Green, who plays as a forward for the Golden State Warriors, expressed his doubts about the growing trend of sidelining rookies from Summer League games, pointing out the double standards when compared to the criticism leveled at veteran NBA players for load management.

«I find it quite amusing that NBA players are criticized for ‘load management,’ which leads them to miss certain games. Yet, rookies in the Summer League are intentionally held back from participating for the same reason. It’s really quite funny,» Green stated, as cited by Basket News.
