Battlefield 6s Battle Royale Unveiled as RedSec, Launching October 28th

The battle royale based on Battlefield 6 has yet to receive an official announcement, but it appears that its title is already revealed as Battlefield: RedSec. This information comes from insider ModernWarzone.

According to this source, RedSec is set to launch on October 28, utilizing a «shadow drop» format, meaning it will go live immediately following its reveal.

As a reminder, rumors suggest that the battle royale will adopt a free-to-play model. There is also confirmed information that this mode will alter the traditional mechanics of battle royales—instead of a gradually shrinking circle, players will be eliminated instantly upon contact with the edge. The developers aim to heighten the intensity of the survival experience.

Battlefield 6 is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series. There is currently no Russian localization.
