Capcom Assures Resident Evil Requiem Will Outperform Monster Hunter Wilds in Optimization

Following the release of their financial report, Capcom conducted a Q&A session with investors. There are growing concerns in the community regarding whether the issues faced with the technical performance of Monster Hunter Wilds will be repeated with Resident Evil Requiem.

These worries are justified, as both titles utilize the RE Engine. However, Capcom is confident that Resident Evil Requiem will avoid any major technical issues.

During the same event, Capcom also shared their sales expectations for Resident Evil Requiem. The company’s analysts believe that the initial sales of the upcoming game will surpass those of Resident Evil Village. To remind you, the eighth installment was purchased over three million times within just four days.
