This was announced by the head coach of the Blackhawks, **Jeff Blashill**. The game is set to take place on the night of December 17, starting at 3:00 AM Moscow time.

«He understands that we have certain standards, and that’s quite clear… He’s disappointed. It’s frustrating when you feel that your lateness wasn’t intentional, and I get that. However, we can’t lower our standards,» Blashill was quoted as saying by the team’s press service.
