Debut Episodes of Dispatch: A Unique Superhero Strategy Experience Unveiled

Veterans from Telltale Games have launched their debut project through AdHoc Studio, an action-strategy game titled Dispatch. This narrative-driven superhero game challenges players to guide a team of former supervillains as they carry out various missions.

The game draws heavy inspiration from animated series, leading the developers to split it into several episodes to maintain this format. The release schedule is as follows:

Players take on the role of superhero Robert Robertson, known as Mecha-Man. After losing his piloted mech in a battle against an arch-nemesis, he finds himself without superpowers and needing to seek new employment. Thus, he becomes a dispatcher tasked with overseeing a team of ex-supervillains.

In addition to the strategic elements, Robertson will navigate office life and develop nonlinear relationships with a diverse cast of characters. Player choices are said to have lasting effects on the storyline. The ultimate goal is to restore the mech suit, rejoin the fight, and seek revenge.

Dispatch is available on PC via Steam and on PlayStation 5, complete with Russian text localization. Before purchasing on Valve’s platform, players can try out a demo version, which has garnered over three thousand reviews with a “very positive” rating of 98%.
