Control Set to Launch on Apple Devices in Early 2026

Once again, Apple has invested in a major game port for its devices. According to developers at Remedy Entertainment, their critically acclaimed action title Control is set to arrive on iPhone, iPad, and Vision Pro in early 2026.

At this stage, there are no detailed specifics available. It has been confirmed, however, that the mobile versions will support both touch screen controls and external controllers.

The exact release date will be revealed in due course. Another question remains about how well Control will perform on these new platforms. It’s worth noting that previous game ports for Apple have not garnered significant popularity— for instance, the Apple version of the Resident Evil 2 remake, released in December 2024, sold fewer than 10,000 copies within a month. Similarly low sales numbers have been observed for other titles as well.
