Indie Sensation RV There Yet? Surpasses 1.29 Million Sales in Under a Week!

Fun games that allow players to enjoy themselves and create chaos in co-op mode are currently experiencing unprecedented popularity. Titles like R.E.P.O., Content Warning, and PEAK come to mind from recent releases. There’s a clear demand for more of this type of game, and now players are turning their attention to a title called RV There Yet?.

This project allows players to step into the shoes of a group of middle-aged friends returning home from a holiday in a camper van. Four guys must work together to navigate the treacherous Mozad Valley while avoiding damage to their vehicle. For instance, one person drives while the others build makeshift bridges or wrestle with a winch that obeys the laws of physics.

As the developers from Nuggets Entertainment proudly announced, RV There Yet? sold an impressive 1.29 million copies within just under a week. “A huge thank you to everyone who enjoyed the game this week! We never imagined our small project, created during a jam session, would achieve such success,” reads a message from the team.

The developers have indicated that they are working on patches for the game and adding several missing features like achievements and key remapping. There is even a possibility of new content as the team is motivated to keep developing. However, their first priority will be to improve the stability of RV There Yet?.

In terms of successes, RV There Yet? peaked at an impressive 100,002 concurrent players on Steam over the weekend, and its user rating stands at 84% based on 9,100 reviews. Many reviews highlight that the game has its share of bugs, but this does not detract from the enjoyment it provides.

RV There Yet? is currently available on Steam with a limited-time 10% discount, priced at 288 rubles. This offer lasts for about a day, so don’t miss out. Note that there’s no Russian language translation available.
