OpenAI расширяет доступ к недорогой подписке ChatGPT Go в 16 странах Азии Translation: OpenAI Expands Access to Affordable ChatGPT Go Subscription in 16 Asian Countries

OpenAI has broadened the availability of its most affordable subscription, ChatGPT Go, to an additional 16 countries in Asia, as reported by ChatGPT’s head, Nick Terly.

«ChatGPT Go is designed for those who want to enjoy our popular features at a more budget-friendly price,» he stated.

The company first launched this subscription plan in India and Indonesia for $4.5. Now, it is also accessible in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, the Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam. Prices may vary in other Asian countries depending on local taxes.

In contrast, the minimum subscription for Plus in other markets is $20. Additionally, ChatGPT Pro is available for $200 per month, along with a business plan priced at $25.

ChatGPT Go significantly enhances the limits on messages, images, and the number of files that can be uploaded, offering ten times more capacity and double the memory compared to the free version.

The new subscription is gradually rolling out to all users. In Cambodia, Laos, and Nepal, ChatGPT Go is already accessible via the web version and Android but is currently unavailable on the iOS app.

OpenAI is competing with Google in the budget subscription segment. In September, the company unveiled the Google AI Plus plan at a similar price to ChatGPT Go across more than 40 countries, including Ukraine, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Egypt, and others.

It’s worth noting that in October, OpenAI introduced a new feature allowing users to create applications directly within ChatGPT, enabling direct interactions with services like Booking.com, Expedia, Spotify, Figma, Coursera, Zillow, Canva, and more.
