Tashuev: No Surprise in Fakels Top Spot, Thanks to Last Years Budget Stability

The former head coach of «Fakel,» **Sergey Tashuev**, expressed that he is not surprised by the team’s current first-place standing in the Pari League this season. Under the leadership of Oleg Vasilenko, the team has accumulated 30 points over 14 matches.

«There is no surprise regarding ‘Fakel’s’ performance. From what I know, they maintained last year’s budget, which is commendable for the management. The squad is quite capable, and they are able to compete. The team is showing positive developments, and the regional leader is supporting the club,» Tashuev stated in an interview with «Championat» journalist Maria Kutsubeva.

During this season, «Fakel» announced the dismissal of Igor Shalimov, who was replaced by Vasilenko.
