Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II Set to Launch in Spring 2026

The developers at **Bulwark Studios** have finally announced the release window for Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II — a new isometric tactical game set in the **Warhammer 40K** universe, which is set to launch in spring 2026.

The release timeline was revealed in a recent video showcasing the capabilities of two leading characters: Technoarchaeologist Scaevola and Necron Lord Ominex. As a reminder, the game’s narrative unfolds on a forge planet, where a conflict erupts between the Adeptus Mechanicus and the awakened Necrons led by Warlord Neferesh. The Necrons aim to cleanse their world of invaders, while the tech-priests, headed by Magos Dominus Faustinius, fight to protect their own interests.

Currently, the developers are focused on optimizing and enhancing the pacing of the turn-based battles. Additionally, players can look forward to a delightful surprise — in response to numerous requests, the developers have decided to include voice acting for the tech-priests in their unique lingva-technis language.
